Mazars, a different player in auditing, accounting, tax and advisory services in Ivory Coast

In 1976, Guérard Vallas created a corporation in Côte d'Ivoire in order to accompany French investors in this country.

Between 1976 and 1995, the firm continued its development in France, Europe and throughout the world, thanks to several mergers (France Expertise, SECOR and DRA). It also changed names several times (GDV then Guérard Viala). In Côte d'Ivoire, a new direction was taken at the end of the 80's with a partnership with two firms, CIDEC and C2A who brought their accounting and auditing expertise to the group.

In 1995, the year of the merger between Robert Mazars and Guérard Viala, the firm became one of the five principal players in the auditing market in Côte d'Ivoire.

The firm continued its rapid growth in order to accompany its clients and respond to investors' needs, especially in the field of auditing.
